Whether your healthcare practice is transitioning to electronic medical records for the first time or you're updating your current system, Medisoft 19 is an affordable and reliable system. The newest Medisoft version is used by more than 70,000 healthcare practices nationwide and can help simplify patient scheduling, records and billing by consolidating them in one system.
Medisoft 19 is Medisoft's newest version, and it complies with ANSI 5010 and ICD-10 standards for Medicare and other insurance claims.
Medisoft 19, patient appointments are scheduled electronically, allowing offices to avoid paper systems and making canceling and moving appointments easier for office staff. Medisoft 19 can also verify insurance information before an appointment, and add payments to the billing page straight from the scheduling screen.
Medisoft is known for looking like a paper chart. This easy-to-use and familiar form makes adapting to electronic records easier for doctors, allowing your physicians to spend more time interacting with patients and less time on administrative tasks. Unlike paper records, Medisoft documents are also easily searchable, helping doctors or other staff members find information efficiently.
Healthcare providers can also submit insurance claims electronically through Medisoft 19, as well as send claims both individually or in batches, making the process of resending claims more efficient. Since accounting, billing and collection process are all streamlined, healthcare practices can receive reimbursements faster. Medisoft technology also guarantees you're receiving the maximum reimbursement possible, and will help your practice keep track of unpaid claims or any payor disputes.
After an appointment, a paper receipt can be printed for patients from the screen.
With Medisoft 19, the process of scheduling, recording and billing patients becomes simplified and streamlined. As healthcare providers find themselves with increasingly more patients, but static resources, an investment in software to make the administrative process more efficient will only become more important. Medisoft 19 can ensure that your practice continues to provide the best care, regardless of which changes next impact the medical world.
