data-recalc-dims=\"1\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Select \u201cSuperbill (Numbered)\u201d, or your own custom Superbill form, then click \u201cOK\u201d. Just like printing a single Superbill, you will be prompted to either \u201cPrint the report on the printer\u201d, or \u201cPreview the report on the screen\u201d. Choosing \u201cPrint Superbills\u201d from the menu, and using the \u201cData Selection Questions\u201d screen will allow you to print just certain Superbills\u2026 for specific (A) Patients, (B) Dates, (C) Providers, or (D) Superbills beginning with a certain number, or any combination of those.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>To make changes to a Superbill form, go to \u201cReports\u201d, then \u201cDesign Custom Reports and Bills\u2026\u201d, a new window will appear.<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" width=\"623\" height=\"242\" src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/www.2kmedicalsoftware.com\/Medisoft-Blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/01\/image-24.png?resize=623%2C242&#038;ssl=1\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-771\" srcset=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/www.2kmedicalsoftware.com\/Medisoft-Blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/01\/image-24.png?w=623&amp;ssl=1 623w, https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/www.2kmedicalsoftware.com\/Medisoft-Blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/01\/image-24.png?resize=300%2C117&amp;ssl=1 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 623px) 100vw, 623px\" data-recalc-dims=\"1\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Click \u201cFile\u201d, then \u201cOpen Report\u2026\u201d. Select a Superbill form to edit, then click \u201cOK\u201d. If\nthe field being modified is a (database) \u201cField\u201d, you select what value you\nwant it to output.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>If the existing fields are not of the desired type, or you wish to add more fields or lines\/boxes, use the tool-bar at the top of the Report Designer window.<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" width=\"621\" height=\"111\" src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/www.2kmedicalsoftware.com\/Medisoft-Blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/01\/image-26.png?resize=621%2C111&#038;ssl=1\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-773\" srcset=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/www.2kmedicalsoftware.com\/Medisoft-Blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/01\/image-26.png?w=621&amp;ssl=1 621w, https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/www.2kmedicalsoftware.com\/Medisoft-Blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/01\/image-26.png?resize=300%2C54&amp;ssl=1 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 621px) 100vw, 621px\" data-recalc-dims=\"1\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The tools are\n(from left to right): Arrow Selection Tool (used for selecting fields, lines,\nor boxes), Text Field (used for adding a text field that simply prints the text\nthat is entered), Data Field (used for adding database fields, that pull\ninformation already entered), Calculated Field (typically used for accounting\ntype values), System Data (typically used to pull information like current date\nand time), Shapes (used for making lines, boxes, or circles), and Images (used\nfor placing an already saved image in to the\nform).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>When finished, click \u201cFile\u201d (in the upper-left corner), then \u201cSave\u201d or \u201cSave As\u2026\u201d. Is it recommended to use \u201cSave As\u2026\u201d, and give the file a new\/different name. This way you can revert back to the original form in case something  goes wrong in the modifying of the Superbill form. If you choose to \u201cSave\u201d, the file you opened will be modified\n(if not a system locked\nform, in which case you will still have to rename\nthe file).
